The members celebrated the year with the Annual Banquet. Awards
were given out and many danced the night away. The Ladies Auxiliary was

very special surprise for Chief Harvey, Deputy Malinowski, and Battalion

their helmets. The members took up a collection and designed and paid
for these. The Chiefs were very thankful of their gifts and gratefully
accepted them. Our thanks to Chief Simon and the crew of Ladder Company

1st Dinner and a Move Night

May 12, 2006
The members of the Department held their first "Dinner and a Movie
Night." They had a BBQ cookout and then watched some fire film from the
past. The idea behind the event was to get together with the members and
help reinforce our "Brotherhood." We had all of our Junior members
attend which allowed them to get acquainted with other members and learn
a little about " Old School Firefighting". This event was a huge success
and will be held again a few times a year.
